Eating healthy

Some time I think that we looking after our cars better than our bodies. Normal person would not put water in fuel tank. Because this is no good for the car. The same normal person will however eat unhealthy food like is no tomorrow. I am not talking here about take away food or chocolates.
I am talking about food that appears to be healthy but is not. Super market "fresh" fruit and vegies. They are enemies that we can't see. They look good look fresh and taste reasonably well. But they are pact with chemicals grown only for Super market shelves not for eat. Yes, yes I do know we don't have any choice but to go to super market.May be that we don't want to do any thing about our food.
I talk to one of my fellow shopper just the other day. He got "fresh" eggs and "fresh" bacon (dipped in formalin to keep color ) when I asked him about his choice. He answered by pointing to shelves filed with medication for stomach acid. This will relive his pain after his dinner.
So we do have choice eat bat food and than take medication to help digest it.
All my life I have been studying herbs and its contribution to the well been
of humans and animals. Effects that food have on mood and productivity with only one conclusion we are what we eat.
